We have moved into our new premises and are having trouble with our existing A/V fitout, can you help?

We would like to have a large training room facility with ZOOM or MS-Teams integration, do you do that?

Indeed, we offer medium to large training room solutions with state of the art sound re-inforcement, multiple cameras and touchscreen controls to operate.

Some speakers installed at our venue are not working, can this be fixed?

Yes, our techinicians can visit your venue on a service and maintaince call out to address any issues you might be having with your existing audio system.

Our meeting spaces are not having the impact needed, can this be changed?

We need a wireless meeting solution, no cables on the boardroom table thank you, can this be done?

Yes, we can integrate high end microphones, PTZ cameras and speakers with wireless conferencing solutions not only for smaller huddle rooms but also for large boardrooms and high impact spaces.

We are not happy with the audio quality in our boardroom meetings and presentations, can it be improved?

Our team can review all your existing audio hardware including microphones, speakers, audio dsp settings & acoustics on site. We can narrow down problem areas and offer tailored solutions to fix any audio issues.

Music keeps cutting in and out at our venue and some speakers have stopped working, can this is be resolved?

This seems to be a re-occuring issue with multizone audio systems at hospitality venues like restaurants and cafes. Yes, faults like these can be resolved. Contact us to organise a service call.

Can installations or maintenance be scheduled outside business hours or on weekends?

Yes, we can provide our services after hours, on weekends and public holidays for businesses that are require un-interuppted operation during business hours. Additional fees and t&c’s may apply.

Its urgent! We need our video conferencing system installed & commissioned now, can this be done?

We need licensed music at our venue and the ability have themed playlists, can this be setup?

Yes, although we are not a licensed music service provider, our team can help you setup the right services with the appropriate hardware required.

Can our staff be trained in operating our conferencing system?

We provide walkthroughs and usage instructions to your staff after the installation and commisioning is completed. We can also provide ongoing operational support and maintenance if required.
